Information you provide

The public assessment may collect your name, contact details and applicant-supplied travel context when you actively submit the form with consent.

Local assessment progress

Incomplete assessment answers may be stored in your browser on the same device so you can resume. They are not sent to HubSpot until you submit with consent. You can remove them by selecting Start again or clearing browser storage.

How submitted information is used

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Prepare a consultant-ready assessment summary
  • Route the enquiry to the appropriate service
  • Maintain necessary communication and operational records

Service providers

Submitted lead information may be processed through HubSpot EU1 and communication may continue through WhatsApp. Those providers operate under their own service and privacy terms.

Sensitive documents

The public assessment does not accept passport, identity, banking or other sensitive evidence uploads.

You may choose not to submit the form, request correction or deletion of enquiry information, or clear locally saved progress through your browser.
